 Vitolo’s menu features highlight dishes such as mozzarella en carrozza, made with breaded crispy mozzarella served with marinara sauce; linguine alla vongole, linguini with fresh top neck clams, olive oil and garlic; Vitello Antonio, a veal chop, thin Panko crusted with vodka sauce, sweet peas, crispy prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. And guests can’t go wrong with the selection of signature handcrafted pizzas made with freshly imported ingredients from chef Vitolo’s family farm in Sarno, Italy.
